The raising target of Novoos is 600 BNB in total with allocated $NOVO tokens from the initial supply of 1 Billion as follows (These values are based on BNB price at the time of writing):

Private/Seed Sales

Pre-Sale

The distribution is explained below for the reasoning behind the Novoos allotments:

Private Seed Sale/ICO: An initial coin offering (ICO) or initial currency offering is a type of funding using cryptocurrencies as most reading this know.

In a Private Seed Sale, a quantity of cryptocurrency is sold in the form of "tokens" ("coins") to investors in exchange for legal tender (generally established and more stable).

The Private Seed Sale will bring those that participated in this stage an advantage to investment being early.

These funds will be mostly used for project development costs and marketing but as Novoos has practically developed the BUSD & Stake dashboards including the NovoPad, these funds will directly go to Marketing for presale.

Presale

The presale is a practice performed by crypto projects ahead of the initial coin offering (ICO), in which tokens are sold to interested parties/investors at a certain price.

This could be considered beneficial for both investors and the Novoos team as it is not overly high and will be part of the success of $NOVO.

Whilst the $NOVO team will receive much-needed funding to be able to begin work, upgrading and finalizing the Novoos Ecosystem, investors have an amazing potential to acquire $NOVO that can provide an exceptional return in future as well as being used for the various use cases of the branches available & live now including all other branches coming at a later stage.

The Novoos team has plans in terms of marketing to ensure there is a buzz ahead of the presale, which will cause a price surge when the asset goes public with hype built up prior to this event.

Presale will be open to whitelisted investors only on an initial time frame of 10 minutes which will then go Public thereafter and this will be conducted through NovoPad.

DEX/Public Sale Offering

After private sale and ICO, we shall use a percentage of the supply to provide liquidity for PanCakeSwap and we shall contact other exchanges to list the $NOVO token too ($wNOVO) at a later stage, some examples include Gate.io, kucoin, mexc, bitmart, etc.

Most of the exchanges will list the $NOVO token as there is vast potential inclusive of a large growing community and support for the project and its ecosystem, the value is tremendous.

This percentage of tokens will not be added into liquidity all at once as Novoos will gradually add this when the time has arrived for all future major exchanges.

Initially after deliberation and final agreement, a percentage of $NOVO tokens will be allocated to the exchanges.

As an example, the DEX offering on PanCakeSwap will be on the basis of 1 $NOVO = 0.001 USD Being distributed by:

80% Liquidity of 400 BNB = To be added into liquidity (45,600 USD) on PanCakeSwap DEX.

Team wallet/Company treasury

These tokens will be reserved for the team and will be locked for a certain period of time.

The vesting schedule of the team tokens will be released at 0.5% each week

Some amount of these tokens (.1 to .4%) shall be used in the future for quarterly burning alongside the manual burns planned.

Exchange Liquidity

These tokens will be used to provide liquidity for the Novoos token on different exchanges (Gate.io/kucoin/mexc/bitmart, etc.).

These exchanges may ask for tokens to list $NOVO on their platforms.

These tokens will be provided from the exchange wallet to the exchange(s) at the time and the number of tokens provided to these exchanges shall be dependent on their daily volume or otherwise.

Gate.io & Kucoin for example will given a higher bigger of tokens as they have billions of dollars of daily volume compared to bitmart/mexc.

It will take roughly over a decade to completely deplete the team wallet by burning all the tokens.

But we will only burn 0.1% of the tokens from the wallet calculated at the time of the burn in question.

Initial burn = 0.1% (160,000 $NOVO TOKENS)

Wallet size = 5% of supply (50,000,000 $NOVO tokens)

Now if the Novoos team sold a number of tokens at the highest predicted price at the time, the team will recalculate the burning amount for the next burn.

This is the norm in cryptocurrencies, for example Binance with their BNB coin will have 50% of its supply burnt in next 5 to 8 years, Shiba Inu has burnt 30% of its supply already.

0.1% is an ideal amount for burning as we don’t lose as many tokens and thus it is not seen as too small of a burning amount when totaled, the auto burning has to be taken into consideration too which is part of the tokenomics.

At a later stage, Novoos can decide on how much to burn with the DAO voting system when implemented.

Ecosystem Development

35% of the $NOVO tokens will be allocated for the Ecosystem Development.

These tokens will be used for Rewards, the play-to-earn (p2e) game, metaverse, Novoos social network, NFT marketplace and the $NOVO NFT's etc.

The reason we have allocated many tokens for this part of the distribution is to provide enough supply of tokens for the Development of the whole ecosystem, which includes the P2E game where players/users can earn tokens playing within the game and metaverse in future.

Exchange Liquidity

5% of the $NOVO tokens will be allocated for the Exchange liquidity.

These tokens shall be used to provide liquidity for exchanges when the exchange wallet is depleted.

This is set as dex liquidity percentage so that it doesn’t affect the tokens price when added to exchange with matching liquidity.

Marketing

13% of tokens will be used for the marketing of the Novoos project.

These will also be locked/vested and will be available after a certain amount of time (as per $NOVO strategic plans).

Partners & Advisors

5% of the Novoos tokens are reserved for strategic partners and advisors to ensure the project grows and funds will be mostly used for project consultation costs and partners.

They will be locked at launch but will be unlocked periodically.

Stake Rewards:

These allocations will be used to reward the users for staking their NFTs and it’ll be used for the users staking their $NOVO for $mNOVO the stable coin of the Novoos Ecosystem.

Airdrops, Bounty & Community Comps

The reason we have allocated many tokens for this section is to provide enough supply of tokens for airdrops, reward the community, long term holders and incentivize the community to shill the project as ongoing plan alongside marketing.

These tokens will be locked at launch but will be unlocked periodically.

The above numeration values are now final but there is slight chance that they may change according to strategic planning and marketing involved as well as the final agreement being in place, for example for exchanges
