You are able to include any private sale information when you are listing your project on NovoPad, even after you have posted your project.

This is beneficial as potential investors are able to view information of the private sale and also

This will receive a verified badge by the Novoos team and has to be requested by providing the details to an official source of the private sale.

You can even add special details to your private sale, for example in the "Extra Info" section: Private sale is vested, 50% at launch 50% 2 weeks later.

You will be able to conduct a true private sale via NovoPad, the details once it is live will be shared
